I took an iconic ocean-tinted cocktail and added wildest and juiciest blueberries. Say ‘Aloha Oe’ to Blueberry Hawaiian.

First mixed in Honolulu in 1957 by the creator of the cocktail umbrella—the Blue Hawaiian was made world famous by Elvis Presley. I just added blueberries.

Tart and tropical, pineapple pairs perfectly with ethereal and elegant blueberry. I used citrus to emulate the sour cocktail mix and butterfly pea powder for a splash of pacific blue.
