New Year—big bang!  A crunchy bang. January’s drop is our third Perfect 10. This flavor got through our meticulous review process and made it to granola heaven. So please  join me in saying bienvenue to Crème Brulee!

Inspired by the French dessert, we first dropped Crème Brulee in June 2023. 

With notes of vanilla and butterscotch, I combined pecans, almonds, walnuts, a custom creme brulee mix and a splash of manuka honey. Creme Brulee first appeared in the 1691 edition of Le Cuisinier Royal et Bourgeois at the Palace of Versailles. We just made it healthier, crunchier and more even spectacular.
