Original (Enhanced Granola)

With back-to-school season looming, I wanted to enhance a classic granola recipe.  More juicy fruits. Extra crunchy seeds and nuts. Then some powerful supplements to supercharge Fall. I am calling it Original.

Because this month’s drop is brought to you by an AI-powered note taking app fortuitously named Granola. Correct—I am collabing with Granola AI to make—well—granola! The future is here and it’s definitely crunchy.

So I reinvented our Classic blend with more summer fruits: blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, strawberries and cherries. I added pistachio and pepitas to chocolate chunks, almonds and those retro notes of vanilla, cinnamon and dark brown sugar. And lastly—in a first for Tom’s Perfect 10—I used a supplement blend of Lion’s Mane, Ginseng and Creatine.

First recorded in the ancient Chinese text Shennong Bencao Jing, lion’s mane and ginseng contain active plant compounds and boost cognitive function without caffeine. More modern and certainly more trendy, creatine helps to strengthen your mind and muscles.

Mix everything together for the changing season, the changing future and the perfect bowl of enhanced granola.
