I mixed piña colada with chai to create a tantrically tantalizing, tikki-bar-inspired treat.

This granola  combines the tropical zest of pineapple paired with the mystical zing of chai. Add a spritz of spice with a splash of creamy coconut—and shake—to discover paradise in a chakra bowl.

Ingredients: rolled oats, sorghum meal, crisped rice, almonds, coconut, yogurt chips, dried pineapple, honey, maple syrup, canola oil, rum extract, cardamom, cloves, ginger, black pepper, sea salt.

Your best yet

I am a subscriber to Flavor of the month and I have tried at least 8 different flavors. I must admit that when I saw the name Chai Colada I was more than a bit skeptical. First, I am not a big fan of coconut. Second, I couldn’t imagine Chai and Coconut combining in any kind of harmonious way. I guess that is what separates granola visionaries from saps like me. But boy was I surprised when I tried it. Chai Colad May we’ll be the best flavor Chef Tom has conjured up to date. Just the right combination of sweet and savory spice. And the loose texture is a big improvement on the granola bar consistency of some of the other flavors. I could get addicted to this stuff!
