For April we collaborated with Dandelion Chocolate. Their dark chocolate is made using only the finest cocoa beans and organic sugar. So Flavor 40 is called Midnight.

San Francisco. City of bays, bridges and exquisite chocolate.

Import single-origin cocoa beans from Semulki Forrest in Uganda. Then ferment to release notes of cacao-fruit nectar, banana and cream cheese.

And my recipe is just as simple: Melt and mix the chocolate with oats, almonds and coconut. Then add a dash of Black Lava Hawaiian Sea Salt and bake.
