With sweet braided bread and swirling chocolate—May's granola flavor is inspired by the chocolate babka at Breads Bakery. Introducing Babka Granola.

Originating in Eastern Europe, this Jewish delicacy means “grandmother” and used extra challah bread on Shabbat. I used Nutella instead of honey. To emulate buttery brioche-style dough I added popcorn salt, crumbled biscuits and chocolate chunks. Lastly—straight from Breads’ own ovens—we added dehydrated pieces of Babka.
